About RESTECH: The Hospitality & Retail Showcase
RESTECH is Australia’s only event designed specifically to connect hospitality operators with the latest technology solutions.
Whether you’re a chain restaurant, a multi-site hospitality operation, or a small restaurant business, RESTECH is where you’ll find the latest solutions, innovations, and technologies designed to boost profits, maximise efficiency, and enhance dining experiences.
RESTECH takes place during Food & Hospitality Week 2026, an event which brings together the entire culinary ecosystem and features 3 additional events, the Restaurant & Foodservice Show, the Pizza Pasta & Italian Food, and the Café & Coffee Show. Your ticket to RESTECH will give you access to all 4 shows taking part across Food & Hospitality Week.
