As Managing Director of the Papasavas Group, Lazaros oversees a dynamic portfolio of businesses with interests across property investment, hospitality, education, and elevators, operating in both Australia and China. He is also Executive Director of Lonsdale Institute, a national education provider with campuses in Melbourne and Sydney, serving over 1,500 international students.

Lazaros has founded and directed several successful hospitality venues including Hella Good, Half Acre, and Pizza Pizza Pizza, and is the force behind Halifax Elevators, one of Australia’s fastest-growing elevator businesses.
