Mary-Jane (MJ) Morse joined Meat & Livestock Australia in 2014 and is currently Brand Content Manager. Overseeing Rare Medium, MLA’s foodservice brand, MJ works with some of Australia’s best chefs and food personalities to raise the profile of Australian red meat from paddock to plate. She grew up in central west NSW, where her family produced Angus beef and thrives on connecting the foodservice community with the Australian red meat story.
